Field Kit 001 · Free download
The last HubSpot campaign you build by hand.
Claude turns your approved brief into a built HubSpot campaign — emails, pages, form, workflows — as drafts your team polishes in HubSpot's own editor. This kit is the working system, free.
The engine
Approved copy in. Built campaign out.
The copy was never your bottleneck. The build was — days of clicking to assemble one campaign. The engine takes the clicking; you keep the judgment.
Approve the brief
Your copy, your audience, your offer. The template is in the kit.
Builds the campaign
Emails and pages cloned from your designs. Form and workflows wired to the brief.
Drafts land
Every asset tied to the campaign. Nothing turned on, nothing sent.

Why it holds up
Built inside a real portal, not a template shop.
The first version printed raw HTML emails. Change one headline and you argued with a robot to get it back. So the engine was rebuilt around one rule: humans edit in HubSpot, not in code. Claude assembles with your native modules, styled to your brand — and your team changes a headline in ten seconds. The same audit-before-automation discipline behind Revenue Systems.
Illustrated views. "Close Faster" is the fictional worked example included in the kit — run its brief and this is what lands in your portal.

What will Claude never touch in your portal?
It never sends, publishes, schedules, enables, or deletes. Every email and page lands as a draft. Every workflow lands off. Your team owns targeting, tests, and every go-live click — the machine assembles, a human judges. That discipline is how experiments become production systems: AI Operationalization.
FAQ
Common questions
What is the HubSpot Campaign Engine?
A free kit Claude uses to build HubSpot campaigns from an approved brief. It holds three Claude skills, a 30-minute install runbook, a campaign brief template with a worked example, and 20 documented HubSpot API traps. Emails, landing pages, a form, and workflows land in your portal as drafts — built through a private app your admin creates.
Is the kit really free?
Yes. You trade an email for the download, and no drip sequence follows. The kit is the starter tier of a system I run in production for clients — giving it away shows how the thinking works. The full build system, with QA agents and orchestration, runs inside client engagements.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. One HubSpot super admin and about 30 minutes. The runbook is numbered steps: create the private app, check the exact scopes listed, paste the token into one file, verify. Claude does the API work from there.
What will Claude never do in my portal?
Send, publish, schedule, enable, or delete. Every email and page lands as a draft, and every workflow lands off. Your team attaches lists, wires the CTA links, sends tests, and presses go. The guardrails are written into the skills, not left to good intentions.
Who is the kit for?
Lean marketing teams — a team of one to five, a founder still running marketing, or a head of marketing with no ops hire. If campaign assembly eats your calendar, this kit is capacity you don't have to hire for. Larger teams use it too; the guardrails are the point at any size.
Want it installed instead of downloaded?
One working session sets up the private app, fills your standards, and builds your first campaign with your team.
